The 4 week online coaching programme is a monthly offering, helping to minimise the costs associated with regular personal training sessions, but allowing you to stay accountable and on track with the help an support of a professional trainer.
Taking your training history and fitness goals into account, a customised training programme will be created and personalised specific to your needs.
Programmes can be gym based, home based or a combination of both depending on your preference.
