Security and Protection of Data

The Hive keeps records in relation to the consultation process, the programming prescribed, the result of any programming and any aftercare instructions given where appropriate. After The Hive has fulfilled its business obligations with a client, under Irish Law, The Hive is required to keep documents for a further 7 years - this is in relation to clearance forms (Par-Q) and other notes for insurance purposes.

The Hive is committed to respecting your privacy and takes precautions to protect your personal information. When you submit sensitive information via the website or during consultations, your information is protected both online and offline. While The Hive uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, The Hive also takes measures to protect your information offline.

The computers and servers where personally identifiable information is stored are kept in a secure environment and only The Hive coach has access to this information – this information is only used to perform the job it is intended for (e.g. billing, creation of a training programme, monitoring of progress).
