The 4 week blended programme is a monthly offering, combining 1-1 personal training with online coaching - this is a great way to minimise the costs of regular PT sessions, while still allowing you to stay accountable and on track with the help an support of a professional trainer.


Blended Coaching Includes:


  • Initial assessment/consultation in-person or via Skype/phone (30 minutes)
  • 2 x 1-1 personal training sessions
  • 4 Week personalised training programme delivered to you through The Hive's online system
  • Personalised nutrition advice - including macro & calorie breakdown
  • Online check-ins to monitor your progress
  • 7 day Whatsapp support to answer all your questions


Taking your training history and fitness goals into account, a customised training programme will be created and personalised specific to your needs.


Programmes can be gym based, home based or a combination of both depending on your preference.
