Cancellation Policy

1. Sessions cancelled by the client less than 8 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and no refunds will be given. If notice to cancel is given more than 8 hours in advance, the session can be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client. If the trainer cancels a session within less than 8 hours, the session will be rescheduled at no cost to the client. 2. Clients arriving late to a session will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made. 3. Ongoing support-based coaching programmes must be paid either up front or on monthly basis and payments are non-refundable.
